Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Upsell premium amenities and dining packages
- Maintain strict inventory control for supplies
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Train new team members on hotel standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems preferred)
- Valid driver's license (for shuttle drivers)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification (for culinary roles)
