Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and guest services departments
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and reservation systems with precision
- Coordinate daily shift operations and maintain departmental standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
