Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly and handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner.
- Assisting with guest inquiries, requests, and resolving any complaints promptly.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby and public areas.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Assisting with event coordination and front desk support during peak hours.
- Upholding the hotel's brand standards and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
