Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-in/check-out processes
- Assist with room preparation and maintenance tasks
- Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Operate hotel management systems and POS equipment
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
