Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and handle guest inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records using PMS systems
- Resolve guest complaints promptly with a solution-oriented approach
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in all guest areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Basic knowledge of Mesa attractions and local services
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
