Responsibilities
- Guest check-ins/checkouts during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest requests
- Prepare and maintain public areas (lobbies, restrooms)
- Handle basic maintenance issues and report urgent repairs
- Manage lost and found items
- Collaborate with security team for safety protocols
- Complete nightly shift reports
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided
- Must be available overnight (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for check-in systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid North Carolina ID or driver's license
