Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during night hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Maintain strict security protocols and monitor hotel premises using surveillance systems
- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of public areas, guest rooms, and facilities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly with professionalism
- Manage nightly financial transactions and prepare detailed shift reports
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for seamless operations and handovers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the night
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during off-peak hours
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera or similar)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
