Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts and special events
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) and process payments accurately
- Adapt to rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability (rotating shifts required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with hospitality software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Wisconsin Food Handler/Sanitation certification (if applicable)
- Positive attitude with commitment to guest satisfaction
