Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using the hotel property management system.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and facility upkeep.
- Process payments and prepare accurate daily financial reports.
- Assist in coordinating special events and guest amenities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems.
