Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Assist in front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering guest inquiries.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and workspaces.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards are met.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, RoomMaster).
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
