Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest services through attentive front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes
- Assist with housekeeping coordination to maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas
- Support food and beverage services in our on-site restaurant and banquet facilities
- Manage reservation systems and respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance hospitality skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- No prior hotel experience necessary—comprehensive training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn reservation systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
