Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through front desk operations, concierge assistance, and guest communication
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and functionality of guest rooms and common areas
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Collaborate with departments to resolve guest inquiries and special requests
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support hotel events and VIP guest experiences as needed
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance hospitality skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior hotel experience necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy
