Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety protocols
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service
- Perform nightly audit procedures and financial reconciliations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Manage reservation systems and room availability
- Prepare nightly reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficiency with hotel management software
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred
