Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping positions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas following brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols across all guest touchpoints
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance service skills
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train our team!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems

- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving shuttle service)
