Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest services with personalized attention
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
- Adhere to safety and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel/hospitality experience
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules (nights/weekends)
- Proficiency in hotel management systems
- Valid North Carolina Food Handler's Card
- Basic first aid/CPR certification
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
