- Manage laundry operations including bed linen, towels, and guest requests
- Stock and replenish amenities with attention to brand consistency
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and eco-friendly practices
- Collaborate with front desk for room readiness timelines
- Conduct detailed room inspections before guest arrival
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency for guest interaction
