Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques
- Manage linen inventory, restock amenities, and ensure supply rooms are organized
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety regulations for all cleaning tasks
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment efficiently and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with team members during shift changes for seamless operations
- Address guest requests with professionalism and maintain discretion at all times
- Follow detailed checklists and quality assurance standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot and address cleanliness issues
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
