Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Operate industrial-grade equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and eco-friendly practices
- Coordinate with housekeeping team for seamless room turnover
- Address special guest requests with discretion and professionalism
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists before guest arrival
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA cleaning standards preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
