Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard protocols
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently to ensure operational readiness
- Adapt to flexible day/night schedules with rotating weekend availability
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards and safety protocols
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks
- Document room status and maintenance issues through digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation (for multi-property routes)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot and address cleanliness issues
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency for guest interaction and report documentation
