Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and polishing surfaces
- Service public areas including lobbies, restrooms, and meeting spaces to impeccable standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Train new staff on hotel-specific cleaning procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hotel or high-end hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid AZ driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic English proficiency for team communication
- Must pass background check and drug screening
