Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and suites
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain inventory levels
- Detail-clean common areas (lobbies, restrooms, fitness centers)
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow SOPs for chemical handling and OSHA standards
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Collaborate with front desk for room readiness timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic English communication proficiency
- Pass background check and drug screening
