Responsibilities
- Room Attendant Duties: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Amenities Management: Restock rooms with fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintenance Support: Report any maintenance issues or damages to the engineering department promptly.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and guest clothing as required.
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly and address any specific cleaning requests or feedback with professionalism.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning supplies to prevent shortages.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
