Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards of hospitality.
- Ensure linens, towels, and amenities are restocked and organized correctly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and cleaning regulations and company policies.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests and visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
