Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment efficiently and safely
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and cleaning products
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols including OSHA standards
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Coordinate room turnover schedules to maximize operational efficiency
- Provide personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred (for supply transport)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Pass background check and drug screening
