Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies to brand standards
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to eco-friendly cleaning protocols and sustainability practices
- Coordinate closely with front desk and maintenance teams
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving golf carts)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
