Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to luxury standards
- Perform detailed deep cleaning tasks including carpet care, upholstery cleaning, and window washing
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly to management
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to optimize room turnover efficiency
- Provide exceptional service to guests during room preparation and interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and operate cleaning equipment
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
