Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and common areas
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for room readiness
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures
- Submit maintenance reports for room deficiencies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Valid Colorado work authorization
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of EPA-approved disinfectants
