Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard of hygiene.
- Make beds and ensure linens are crisp, clean, and arranged to perfection.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) and replace used items immediately.
- Remove trash and ensure waste disposal is handled according to environmental policies.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety, security, and sanitation policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items (linens, equipment) weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic.
