Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and room changes.
- Handle reservations, telephone inquiries, and email correspondence with precision and courtesy.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Maintain the lobby area and public spaces to ensure a pristine and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
