Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas following brand standards
- Manage inventory and restock amenities in assigned zones
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering teams
- Train on new cleaning protocols and sustainability initiatives
- Maintain security and confidentiality of guest rooms
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
- Shift work availability including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of green cleaning practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
