Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques
- Manage inventory and restock amenities while maintaining supply budget efficiency
- Execute detailed room turnover procedures meeting 5-star quality standards
- Operate commercial-grade equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and sanitation protocols in all tasks
- Collaborate with team members to optimize cleaning schedules during shift rotations
- Document maintenance issues and service deficiencies for timely resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot and address cleanliness issues
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 25lbs consistently
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
