Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Operate industrial-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to strict sanitation standards and health regulations
- Coordinate with team members for seamless shift transitions
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Complete daily inspection checklists and quality assurance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (early morning, evening, weekend)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic English proficiency for team communication
- Pass background check and drug screening
