Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Restock amenities and ensure supplies are fully stocked
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Follow property-specific cleaning protocols and quality standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and submit reorder requests
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for property transport)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening
