Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict hygiene standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized.
- Empty trash bins and replace trash liners throughout the property.
- Mop and wax floors, dust furniture, and wipe down surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Valid background check and drug screening required.
