Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exceed industry standards
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly organized and replenished
- Report maintenance issues and room deficiencies promptly to management
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless room turnover
- Inspect all rooms for quality assurance before guest arrival
- Maintain inventory control of cleaning supplies and linens
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license (for supply transport duties)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Strong attention to detail with meticulous cleaning standards
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Basic English proficiency (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
