Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure amenities are restocked and organized.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow proper chemical handling and safety protocols.
- Interact professionally with guests and respond to requests promptly.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information.
- Ensure the cleanliness of hallways, elevators, and lobbies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency required.
