Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are replenished.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors thoroughly.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners, and restock housekeeping supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is necessary; we provide paid on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 30 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
