Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Laundry & Linen: Manage the proper washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens and towels.
- Restocking: Ensure all amenities, such as toiletries, coffee, and towels, are replenished in guest rooms.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain housekeeping carts, vacuums, and cleaning equipment.
- Reporting: Identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, or institutional cleaning is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Shift Work: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal instructions.
