Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to brand standards
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly organizedReport maintenance issues and damaged items promptly to the engineering team
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and submit requisitions
- Deliver exceptional guest service during interactions
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
