Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp, folded, and arranged according to hotel protocols.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors in hallways and guest areas.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, and coffee supplies in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, or safety hazards to the supervisory team immediately.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations set by the hotel and local health authorities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with staff and guests.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, professional attitude.
