Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Execute thorough deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to meet our exacting cleanliness standards.
- Guest Services: Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to room service requests and inquiries.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of linens, amenities, and cleaning chemicals.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Sanitation Compliance: Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and waste.
- Team Collaboration: Assist in training new staff members and collaborate effectively with the front desk and laundry teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift (up to 30 lbs), and move quickly between rooms.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality and hygiene.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable attendance record and be punctual for all scheduled shifts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
