- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management software
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with precision
- Resolve guest complaints promptly while maintaining positive relationships
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash drawer accountability
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Provide local recommendations for attractions, dining, and events
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
