As a key member of our night team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our overnight guests, managing check-ins, concierge requests, and security protocols with the utmost professionalism. Responsibilities
- Perform efficient check-ins and check-outs for overnight guests, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor security cameras and premises to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties in the lobby and public areas to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to accounting procedures.
- Coordinate with the day shift management team to ensure a smooth handover of daily operations.
- Manage wake-up calls and special guest requests accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polished professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in standard hotel software and MS Office applications.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently during night hours.
