Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-ins/check-outs
- Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Assist with valet services during peak shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer literacy
