Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with 24/7 availability
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio) and reservation platforms
- Resolve escalated issues with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
