Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage the hotel's budget effectively.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with a focus on retention.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory and facilities.
- Implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Smith Travel.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Knowledge of local Atlanta attractions and business events is a plus.
