Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for exponential change management
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future solutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Design AI-driven foresight tools for trend prediction and impact analysis
- Author white papers on future of work, sustainability, and human augmentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
