Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends to inform 2026 strategic initiatives
- Develop scenario-based models for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state vision
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate innovation pipeline development
- Advise executive board on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts impacting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Deep understanding of global socioeconomic drivers and disruptive forces
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFS)
