Your insights will directly influence our product development, market expansion, and long-term resilience strategies in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track evolution of key innovation metrics
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year horizon-scanning frameworks
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-vision projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, WFS) highly desirable
