Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) to map 2026 industry disruption scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 partners
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership reports published in MIT Technology Review and Wired
- Design organizational resilience strategies for quantum-era business models
- Coordinate with UN Global Futures Council on sustainable development pathways
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on technological singularity or 2030+ trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in AI trend forecasting tools (GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Experience with quantum computing or biotech convergence projects
- Strong network with Singularity University or World Economic Forum communities
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-proofing strategies
